As all garments are made to order, we do not issue exchanges or refunds for a change of mind.
If the item is faulty we must be notified and have the item sent back within 14 days of purchase. Where a fault as occurred, we are happy to issue a refund, or repair your item, but please ensure you treat your tinsel items gently and with care - as they can be fragile if treated too roughly!
If return shipping is required, and the cost of shipping exceeds the original shipping amount, Rachel Burke must agree in writing to these costs prior to sending. If no agreement is made, return shipping will be covered up to the amount of $60 AUD.
We do not issue refunds if an item has been worn.
