All garments are made to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks from ordering to receive a shipping notification to advise that your garment has been sent.
Domestic
A flat rate of $15.00 is applied to all domestic orders and will have tracked shipping within Australia. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you wish to have it express posted .
International
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING MAY INCUR DELAYS.
A flat rate of $40.00 AUD is applied to all International orders. Standard international shipping can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on your location, so please factor this in to the timing of your purchase. For expedited shipping requests, please email imakeyouwearit@gmail.com prior to placing your order. Unfortunately I can’t speed up post once it has been sent!
International orders are tracked, and you will be provided with the tracking number once your order is placed.
Shipping internationally can mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Rachel Burke is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Rachel Burke is not liable for lost post, packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses, or any other fault carried out by Australia Post. Refunds/replacement of goods will unfortunately not be provided in these circumstances.
